KSWLA Annual Conference
Our annual conference is held annually in the fall.
General Information
● Location: The upcoming fall conference will be held at K-State Student Union
● Dates: Friday, November 7th - Saturday, November 8th, 2025
● Submit exhibitor/advertiser registration by October 1, 2025
● Parking information will be sent in the early fall.
Exhibiting
● The exhibit will outline the perimeter of the ballroom where we will have the business meeting, awards ceremony, keynote address and all meals.
Exhibitor Sessions
